WARRANTY CONDITIONS

All products are under the Narted brand warranty unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, the product or products must be checked during the cargo delivery. In case of any damage, a report should be kept and the product or products should not be received. Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.

RETURN TERMS

In case the product you purchased on nartedliquid.com is found to be faulty, you must contact us via contact@coriumpharma.com.tr or (+90 2124035488) within 7 days from the delivery date at the latest. Following the evaluation process, the faulty product that will be delivered to our return address "Vişnezade Mah. Süleyman Seba Cad. No: 79/1 Beşiktaş İstanbul" with Yurtiçi Cargo company by free shipping will be replaced with a new one. (The return shipping cost to be made through shipping companies other than Yurtiçi Cargo belongs to the buyer.) If the product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within 7 days, the product will not be returned or exchanged. As the product return and replacement conditions, the practices in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077 are essential.
